Business events suppliers in Finland monitor and follow the advice of authorities regarding the corona virus situation and work together around health safety to ensure the safety of the facilities and services.

Service providers in Finland wish to ensure personnel and personal safety

Necessary prevention materials like disinfectant gel and disposable tissues are in use.

Physical distancing is enabled with different procedures

Space regulations take place in conference facilities and restaurants. There are physical transparent partitions on registration and customer counters.

Health and safety measures have been increased

Cleaning, sanitation and disinfection regimes of commonly used areas is extra careful. Contactless payment is widely in use. Sanitizing and handwashing stations are provided. Ventilation of venues is being monitored. Food and beverage and banqueting services follow the health and safety measures set by the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL), the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health. This also applies to transportation and logistics and to third party suppliers.

Crowd control is implemented

Attendee flows will be monitored during events. Registration process can be adapted. Catering will be managed in a way it allows physical distancing.
